Planning permission has been granted for a single storey front and side extension at 2 Station Road and a garden shed will also be installed. This home is in a conservation area.
Permission has also been asked for, again in a conservation area, regarding the mill ponds on Fountain Grove, Milnsbridge. The request is to reduce the water level and for alterations to the existing mill ponds, sluice and outfall. Officers are due to make decisions on this work. The planning application numbers are 2014/93876 and 2014/90672.
The planning application for a single storey extension at the rear of 22 Dunsmore Drive, Salendine Nook has been withdrawn, while permission for application 2013/938320 for alterations to 11 Market Street Milnsbridge have been found to be invalid by officers
