Again not a lot this week, an extension has been granted in North Street and an application to alter a dormer in Balmfield has been submitted.
The most notable is an application to convert yet another pub. There is an application to convert the Brighton into accommodation. This can't come as a surprise considering all the pub closures we have seen over the past few years. This decline brings many mixed feelings, yes I can lament their departure, but I have to admit it was a long time ago that I could claim to be a regular in any Pub, this is a recurring theme as things change.
