There is a request for permission
to erect a replacement garage at 142 Quarmby Road, planning application
2014/90906.
At 7 Pymroyd Lane, Milnsbridge,
which is in a conservation area, there is a request to erect a two storey side
extension with room in the roof space. The request is also to demolish
the existing flat roof porch at the side of the house and replace this with a
new flat roofed porch with a balcony at the back of the property. This is
planning application 2014/90893.
