“I am writing in response to your request dated 4 August 2016.  This has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

 

 You asked for the following information:

 

How much money was spent by the council on tea bags for meetings between January 1st 2012 – December 31st 2012

How much money was spent by the council on tea bags for meetings between January 1st 2013 – December 31st 2013

How much money was spent by the council on tea bags for meetings between January 1st 2014 – December 31st 2014

How much money was spent by the council on tea bags for meetings between January 1st 2015 – December 31st 2015

How much money was spent by the council on tea bags for meetings between January 1st 2016 – August 1st 2016

 

How much money was spent by the council on coffee for meetings between January 1st 2012 – December 31st 2012

How much money was spent by the council on coffee for meetings between January 1st 2013 – December 31st 2013

The answer they received was that we don't provide biscuits for meetings and that we don't record the coffee separately, so this poor person will not be able to sleep at nights, not knowing the answer to their pressing question.
