BADGER CULL
Despite report commissioned by the government warning that the Badger Cull was "ineffective and inhumane" Liz Truss (jokingly the "environment Secretary") sneaked out the news, the week before Christmas that she has sanctioned the unnecessary killing of badgers in more areas.
This is despite the fact that vaccine trials have proved successful. Just goes to show if you don't let Tories kill foxes for fun, they will find another way to sate their blood lust.
We lecture poorer parts of the world for not looking after their wildlife, wildlife that can be a true danger to their lives, yet we can't seem to tolerate anything bigger than dog in our countryside.
