Many RTB properties are now Private Rented Properties, rented out at rents over 25% higher than Council or Housing Association rents.
So why are so many people happy with a system that gives a tenant a massive hand out, to create a rented property that is paid for by more housing benefit than previously?
Why are people so happy to see their money being wasted this way?
