MANAGEMENT CUTS
A recent freedom of information request was submitted to ask what was the size of the Senior Management Team in 2010 and by comparison 2012. The SMT being Chief Exec, Directors and Assistant Directors.
The answer was 30 people in 2010, 19 in 2015. The reduction being 2 directors (7 to 5) and 9 assistant directors (22 to 13).
The fact that, to the public this cut has largely not been noticed, demonstrates how hard our staff have worked.
