The Low Pay Commission has totally sold out to the
capitalist government. Despite a living wage being defined at £7.45 per hour,
and the fact there has been no rise for five years, they have recommended a
rise of a paltry 3% from £6.31 to £6.50. So much for all the trailed
predictions that they might take their job seriously. Now is the time to ask
who makes up the low pay commission, and how much do they get paid.
