The Pioneer Buildings Annex is prominent building owned by the council in the centre of Dewsbury; it has been empty for a number of years and was previously used for storage as part of a former mill. The building is connected to Pioneer House.
The proposal is to convert Pioneer Annex into residential accommodation, providing 6 one bed apartments.
