Tributes to the passing of Councillor Margaret Bates

The announcement by Mayor, Cllr Ken Smith, to the Council of 3 September on the recent passing of Conservative Councillor, Margaret Bates, was followed by fitting tributes from long standing colleagues and members of opposition parties alike.
