This week all planning decisions are in the hands of officers:
- At 44 Side Lane in Longwood officers have agreed to the erection of a two storey side and single storey read extension. (Planning application 2014/91833).
- Again in Side Lane, Longwood, at 131 officers are being asked to allow the erection of extensions and an attached garage/workshop. This is 2014/92260.
- Salendine Service Station in New Hey Road are asking to be allowed to put up two illuminated advertising fascia signs, 2014/92259.
- At the junction of Scarhouse Lane and New Street officers are being asked to allow the owner to demolish two disused garages and erect a detached dwelling. This is in a conservation area and is planning application 2014/92317.
- Finally 2014/92319 is an application for the owner to be allowed to do work on trees at Rafter, Old Sunday School, Lamb Hall Road.
