This week, commencing 12 May, officers have agreed to an application to replace a detached garage at 142 Quarmby Road, as they have work being undertaken on trees in Grove Street, Longwood.
Contractors have proved they have kept to their planning conditions while planning officers will decide on the request for a smoking shelter to be built at the Four Horses Shoes in Milnsbridge.
Finally, 16 Parkwood Road is subject to two applications that will be decided by officers. One application asks to be allowed to erect an attached garage and the other asks for listed building consent to allow this garage to be built.
