This week’s planning decisions are all being
dealt by officers. Albion Mills in Brook Lane and the Co-op in
Leymoor Road have both proved they have done what they were asked when they
received planning consent so their obligations have been ‘discharged’.
Elsewhere, J’s Out of School Club is asking
to be able to erect an external teaching pavilion/gazebo while at 67 West End
Road Mr Hamilton is asking permission to erect a garage and tractor shed with
wood store.
At 64 Cowlersley Lane needs Listed Building
Consent for everything they want to do. In this instance they have asked
for permission for a damaged front door to be replaced and the read doorway
opened up.
Finally, the owner of 25 Botham Fields has
asked to build a single storey front extension and make other alteration.
